I have more than 23 years experience in banking and financing of large corporates, SMEs, municipalities and institutions, mainly in the European Union. My career includes also 6 years in corporate sector. I worked in German, Dutch, Italian and Belgium banking groups.
Projects in which I participated are located in Russia, Central Asia, Belarus, South Asia, ASEAN, North Africa, Balkan countries, North America as well as Latin America.
My specialization is preparation of tailor made financings for corporate projects.
I established or co-established completely new departments and sub-divisions in 4 international banking groups. I was active in financing of infrastructure projects like highways, electricity networks, coal, gas fuelled power plants as well as nuclear, hydro and solar power plants, crude oil pipeline, natural gas pipeline, strategic storage capacities for natural gas, water treatment projects, project finance for mobile operators, real estate (shopping malls, housings and offices), railway and aircrafts financing, etc.
I participated in complete restructuring of VUB bank in Slovakia, immediately after its privatisation, state debt and quasi state debt restructuring, establishing and development of Corporate Division of CSOB Czech Republic and development of Corporate Division of CSOB Slovak Republic.
During my banking career I was active in different managerial positions up to Vice Chairman for: Large Corporates, Syndications, Export Finance, Real Estate, Bond Arrangements, SMEs/Mid Caps, Project Finance, Aquisition Finance, Company Restructuring, State Debt Finance, Purchase of Receivables, EU Funds etc.
